The dream of Stéphane & Catherine Chatal became a reality in 2016 when they were able to buy an old farmhouse dating from the 18th century surrounded by a vineyard in AOP Ventoux, composed of Grenache and Syrah with a surface of 5ha, grown organically for 30 years. This vineyard is located in Saint-Didier in the heart of Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of the mythical Mont Ventoux. It benefits from an exceptional microclimate: the sun, a dry climate with the breath of the Mistral favorable to the natural protection of the vine.

Ventoux AOP
50 % Grenache, 50 % Syrah planted on limestone marl and clay soils.
Color: deep ruby color.
Nose: intense with spicy notes (black pepper) and red and black berries.
Mouth: this unoaked cuvée shows beautiful texture with soft and round tannins, intense fresh berries and spicy flavors. Mouthfilling, hedonist wine.
