Avitus offers a carefully selected portfolio of fine wines from France and Portugal. In addition to our strong portfolio of grands crus, we hunt for the best among vintners and vintages. Our quarry : undervalued great wines ! Founded in 1998 by Arnaud de la Chanonie, Avitus/Arnaud wines, has quickly developed expertise in the distribution of quality wines throughout the world.
We currently export to Asia, Europe and the USA. The combination of Arnaud's lifelong friendships with many young and promising Rhone vintners, his family links in Burgundy and his subsequent experience in the Bordeaux wholesale trade have enabled him to forge strong links with reliable suppliers.
