Uval - Corsican wines
The beautiful island of Corse (Corsica) is located in the Mediterranean sea, between France and Italy. Sixty vintners strong, UVAL is the major wine exporter of Corsica. Terra Nostra and Terra Mariana are two of its first-rate labels; as for its estate wines, the offerings range from local varietals (such as the red Nielucciu and the white Vermentinu) to classic Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Merlot. UVAL are the largest producer of Pinot Noir in South France. UVAL are, with a good quality reputation (many awards and recommendation, Hachette Guide stars and recommendations, etc...).
