Created in 1942, Maison Lassalle is located in Chigny-Les-Roses in the heart of montagne de Reims. Lassalle produces high class Champagne
only from their own vineyard located on chalky soils. There is a rising demand for artisanal Champagnes of character and deliciousness. J.Lassalle is
one of the great small growers who work the vines from which their Champagne is produced.
Benoit Dehu - Domaine Dehu, Champagne
Here is an excellent Champagne (100% estate-produced) with a pinot meunier style,
round and fruity, offering good value and regularly awarded. The Dehu family are strong believers in
natural methods of cultivation. They joined the FARRE association (integrated farming label) in 2002, use
organic compost and work for a low yield.
